EXAMPLE FOR BASIC:

Finder --> file --> copy this folder 10 times --> open copied files in another app

EXAMPLE FOR STANDART:

copy text from TextEdit ---> open mail ---> make new mail ---> paste text in new mail ----> paste mail address ---> send mail 

EXAMPLE FOR PREMIUM:

(is the same as the 3 application one, with up to 5 apps and more steps)
