The concept of this smart app is simple and practical: you keep a price list of all your products in an easy-to-use table, and then create offers, proposals, and orders on demand, simply by inputting quantities on the appropriate products.
Features of the application:
- Can be customized for any type of business by configuring the columns, the calculations, and the app's functions. Please choose the appropriate gig's package before sending your order
- If you choose to input the cost of your products, the app will also show the expected profits from each offer/order
- Supports one photo per product/service
- Using the app's Tables tab, you can define product categories and units
- The form will have your company logo and company details
- You can choose to display (and print) only products that have a quantity, or all
- Prints perfectly on A4 pages. Columns showing your costs and profits are not printed
- You can export the form to a PDF file with the press of a button
- You can also export the form to a new Excel file, which retains all functionality, so you can archive all the offers/orders and reopen them when needed to make changes and save and/or resend to clients
