I had a mobile app to get developed. It had a lot of small requirements. I've provided the requirements to the guy and he responded that he would be able to do ALL of them. I've paid to get it done within 1 day, the first delivery was partial. The 1st revision had the basic idea working, but with bugs and still not all requirements. When I asked to do all requirements the guy said that they weren't provided in the order and that extra pay would be needed. The problem was that he confirmed that he would be able to do all the requirements (even if they are hard), yet I the delivery didn't have all of the features.
